The website is operated by Axiom Labs LLC ("Picksol", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, registered office: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Picksol is a trading name of Axiom Labs LLC. By using the website you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
Any services we provide beyond this website are governed by a separate written agreement between your business and us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
2. What Picksol is
Picksol is a financial technology platform. We help businesses identify, apply to and work with a network of third-party regulated banks, electronic money institutions, card acquirers and payment service providers ("partner institutions"), and we support the design and operation of payment setups built on those institutions' services.
3. What Picksol is not
- Picksol is not a bank, credit institution, electronic money institution or licensed payment service provider, and does not claim to be one.
- Picksol does not hold, control or safeguard client funds. Accounts, IBAN issuance, card acquiring, payment processing, foreign exchange and digital asset services are provided by partner institutions under their own regulatory permissions and their own terms.
- Availability of any service depends on the relevant partner institution, your business profile, your jurisdiction and the outcome of that institution's own due diligence and onboarding process. We do not guarantee that any institution will accept your business, or any particular pricing, feature or timeline.
4. No advice, no offer
Content on this website is provided for general information. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation of regulated financial services by Picksol. Figures describing our network, market coverage and performance are indicative aggregates across the partner network and change over time. You should take your own professional advice before making decisions based on the website.
5. Eligibility and your commitments
The website and our services are intended for businesses and their authorized representatives, not for consumers. By making an inquiry you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you name;
- the information you provide is accurate and not misleading;
- your business and its activities are lawful in the jurisdictions where it operates; and
- neither your business nor its owners are subject to sanctions or located in a jurisdiction where dealing with them would be unlawful for us or our partner institutions.

Browsing the website and making an inquiry is free. Any services we provide are scoped and priced in a separate written agreement before you are charged anything.
7. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website. In particular, you will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or bulk-extract its content, submit false inquiries, or impersonate another person or business.
8. Partner institutions and third parties
Services provided by partner institutions are governed by those institutions' own terms, policies and regulatory obligations, which you contract into directly with them. We are not a party to those contracts and are not responsible for the acts or omissions of partner institutions or other third parties, including third-party websites we may link to.
9. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, design, graphics and the Picksol name and logo, are owned by Axiom Labs LLC or its licensors. You may view and share the website for your business purposes, but you may not copy it at scale, republish it as your own, or use our name or branding without our written permission.
10. The website is provided "as is"
We work to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business or data arising out of your use of the website, and our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the website is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Axiom Labs LLC against losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the website.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes arising out of these terms or the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, USA, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page, and changes apply from publication. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Complaints about a partner institution's regulated services should also be raised with that institution under its own complaints process, and we will help you route them.
